The War Wonton soup was okay, certainly not outstanding. The Ambiance is nice. As Chinese food goes I considered this on the high $$$$ end. My server was efficient.

Never knew they’d charge 18% gratuity($15)? Anyone else? I was thinking of more but they didn’t ask for our consent!! Food was decent though!

yum ! went in today for lunch and I have to rate this place pretty high on local Chinese food. I had Chow Fun with chicken. I asked them to make it super spicy and garlicy. They delivered perfectly! Nice white meat and biiiiiig portions. Came out steaming hot and they used a lot of seasoning on every part of the lunch. Plus we all received soup, salad and an egg roll even if you did not get a lunch special. I will be coming here again and probably trying one of their other soups or some of their other noodle dishes. (:

This restaurant is one of the best I've ever been to seriously, I will be definatelly coming back for more , the food is great , the taste , the way it looks and the service is good ,but the best part of all is most definatelly the food is GREAT!! Thumbs up 👍👍

Best Chinese food in Pleasanton and super sweet people

This is our go to Chinese place. The staff is alwsys friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Best Chow Mien I've ever had from a Chinese Restraunt. I've eaten there for 15 years, never had a bad experience. Fast, friendly, delicious.

We had the sesame chicken and orange chicken along with stir fried chicken noodles and shrimp fried rice. The food was delicious and the ambiance of the restaurant was also a pleasant setting to eat at. We had a water spill and the waitress even came and cleaned it all up. The food was affordably priced and I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Tortillas instead of rice pancakes. I'm not even joking. Food was meh. Won't be going back

Definitely not coming back to this place! The server was rude and demanded a $20 tip. She didn't even bother to come check on our table from time to time i literally had to yell across the restaurant to ask for service. On top of that she questioned with attitude why we didn't want to leave a tip which she had already included in our bill.

Excellent food and great service. The lemon chicken and chow fun were both delicious, and portions were good. I'd like to have seen a better selection of imported beer, but it was nice to be able to have beer at all.

I ordered food from this Chinese restaurant tonight. Last week I delivered someone elses food via doordash, and the food that I delivered was very hot and it smelled delicious. I love hot food so I decided to order from them tonight. I spent $50.00 and the food wasn't hot and it didn't smell very good. The ribs looked appetizing, and the sauce that goes over the pan fries noodles. I called to let them know that my food wasn't hot nor did it taste good. The cook told me that he think it's a lie, because he cooks the food. Maybe they cook the food fresh for the people that they know. I won't go back. The food is not good... Trust me! I'm a Chinese food and sushi conosuor-- I know good food when I taste it!

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT RAW CHICKEN AND PORK!!!We ordered from here and everything was raw. The chicken, the pork, the potstickers and even the rice. If there job is trying to kill people then 10 stars.

We ordered food on Christmas Eve and were told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. We were fine with that. We went to pick up about an hour, when we were told our food would be ready. We ended up waiting another 40 minutes. Got home and then I found a hair in my food. The last time we got take out there, I found a piece of glass in my food. Needless to say, we will no longer go there.

Gold Chopsticks is one of our go to dinner spots. Foods always on point with good size proportions and services is super friendly. Made the mistake of ordering via DoorDash once and a bit too pricey for my taste. Will either eat at the restaurant or pick it up the good ol fashion way moving forward. A few of our favorites are their veggie chow mien, sesame chicken, and beef & broccoli. Will see y’all soon. 😋

Great spot for lunch. Pricing is reasonable and the food is so good. They are very quick with the food and the bill; they really know how to do lunch for the working stiff!

Best Asian food in Pleasanton. Love this restaurant

I personally know the son of the owners of this restraint, and they are very nice people. Don’t believe what people are saying about this restaurant, as it has pretty good food. Unless the place has gone to pieces in the one month that I haven’t been there, its a five star rating from me. And the waiters/waitresses are very nice and try to help as much as possible.

Honestly, probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in Pleasanton. I always remember the tasty food for months. Lunch is a great value and enough for a meal and then another, if you eat light. Enjoy the food and come back for more.

The food was delicious, especially the fried rice and chow mein. Only negative thing about the restaurant was how I was treated by one of the waitress. It was my first time coming here, didn't know too well the menu. The waitress was a bit impatient with me and wanted me to hurry up and pick something. When asking a question regarding the lunch, had a sort of an attitude. Other than that, I really enjoyed the food, and am planning to go again. Thanks!

Haven't been to this restaurant since the 90s that was a long time ago but their food is excellent and there cook knows how to cook the food well it's super othentic it feels like I'm in China.

We have enjoyed both take out and dining in at Golden Chopsticks for years. Their specials are creative and delicious! Their standard menu items are never disappointing. Service is fast, dishes are made to order and the servers are always friendly and polite. Thank you Golden Chopsticks. ❤️
